Mila exudes a refined, effortless grace. Her attire, whether casual or elegant, is always chosen with impeccable taste, subtly accentuating her silhouette. Even in the simplest moments, her gestures are poised, her stride confident yet light, her posture radiating quiet dignity. She is not provocative—she is simply beautiful.

Her voice, imbued with soft, captivating vibrations, lends itself to tender melodies where emotion is conveyed with subtle, moving sensuality, never ostentatious.
Eden: The Voice of the Pen
The lyrics of Liberty evoke the Seine, flowing from Burgundy to the English Channel, carrying the values of France. In Paris, these values blur and fade at the Pont de Grenelle.
Only exile, like poetry, offers a fresh, redemptive perspective on the world.
The words of this song belong to refugees who, far from home, strive to rebuild France’s cultural and moral heritage. Their memory, like water, does not invite contemplation but spurs reflection. From abroad, they rekindle reality, restoring meaning and beauty where barbarity seeks to prevail.
Like a wave, this song pushes memories forward, transmitting timeless identities to safe harbors.
Ilan: The Voice of Resonance
Liberty is a song that is as much seen as heard. Its composition is intrinsically tied to imagery, serving as an emotional and narrative extension of the story it tells.
The Seine flows through the strings of a violin, while the Pont de Grenelle is evoked by an accordion, honoring France’s intelligent and sensitive heritage. This is the legacy carried by exiles in a simple linen bundle, refusing to betray the melody or the French accordion. They, in turn, pass the torch to distant lands.
In the style of Michel Legrand’s iconic soundtracks, Ilan has crafted a musical theme for each character, whether tangible or abstract. The piano speaks for the figure forced into flight, seeking survival for their children. The accordion captures the breathless pulse of a Paris under siege. In the background, a promise endures: to uphold the identity and values inherited. France’s harmonies will be passed on, honestly and warmly, a commitment Mila Fassi embraces.
For Ilan, Liberty is what La Complainte de la Butte was to composer Georges Van Parys.
