1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Ilan Chouraki (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://ilanchouraki.com website.

Ilan Chouraki is registered in Israel as an Ossek Patour (VAT exempt). By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content (the “Content”), including but not limited to musical scores (PDF), audio files, text, graphics, and logos, are the proprietary property of Ilan Chouraki and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • Digital Sheet Music: When you purchase sheet music, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use or standard public performance only.
  • Prohibitions: You may not redistribute, resell, upload to public repositories, or commercially exploit the digital files without prior written consent from Ilan Chouraki.

3. PRODUCTS AND DIGITAL DELIVERY

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, and details of the products available on the Site.

  • Delivery: All sheet music and digital goods are delivered via a download link immediately after the payment is confirmed.
  • Technical Issues: If you encounter any issues with your download, please contact us at [email protected].

4. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products (which are intangible and delivered instantly), all sales are final.

  • Once a download link has been sent or accessed, no refunds or exchanges will be granted, in accordance with consumer protection laws regarding digital content.
  • If a file is corrupted or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Euros (€) (unless otherwise specified). As an Ossek Patour in Israel, VAT is not applicable to these sales. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe or PayPal).

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will Ilan Chouraki be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site or the musical works purchased, including but not limited to loss of data or profit.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Israel. You irrevocably consent that the courts of Jerusalem, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
