1. DIGITAL DELIVERY ONLY

All products available on https://ilanchouraki.com (Sheet Music, Scores, and Audio files) are digital goods. We do not ship physical paper scores or CDs to your home address.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you will receive your products electronically.

2. HOW IT WORKS

Once your payment is successfully processed, the delivery is automated and instantaneous:

  • Confirmation Email: You will receive an automated email containing a secure download link for your files.
  • Order Page: You will also be redirected to a “Purchase Confirmation” page on our website where the download links are available immediately.
  • Customer Account: If you created an account during checkout, your files will be permanently available in your “Downloads” or “Purchase History” section for future access.

3. FORMATS

  • Sheet Music: Delivered in PDF format. You will need a PDF reader (like Adobe Acrobat or Preview) to view and print your scores.
  • Audio Files: Generally delivered in MP3 or WAV format.

4. DOWNLOAD LIMITS & EXPIRATION

To ensure the security of our intellectual property, download links may have a limit on the number of attempts or an expiration date (typically 7 days). We recommend that you save your files immediately to your computer or cloud storage (Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive) after purchase.

5. NO SHIPPING FEES

Since all delivery is electronic, there are no shipping or handling fees applied to your order, regardless of your location in the world.

6. MISSING DOWNLOAD LINKS

If you haven’t received your download email within 10 minutes:

  1. Please check your Spam/Junk folder.
  2. Ensure that the email address used during checkout was correct.
  3. If you still cannot find your files, contact us at [email protected]. We will manually verify your order and resend the files to you.
