1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (SHEET MUSIC & AUDIO)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of sheet music, scores, and audio files are final and non-refundable.

Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be “returned.” Once you have purchased a digital product and the download link has been sent to you or accessed, the transaction is considered complete. By making a purchase on our Site, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. EXCEPTIONS & TECHNICAL ISSUES

While we do not offer general refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. We will provide assistance in the following cases:

  • Corrupted Files: If the downloaded file is corrupted or does not open correctly, please contact us, and we will provide a working replacement immediately.
  • Incorrect Product: If you received a different file from the one you ordered due to an error on our part, we will provide the correct file at no extra cost.
  • Double Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same item twice in the same order, please contact us within 48 hours for a refund of the duplicate charge.

3. CANCELLATIONS

For digital goods, you cannot cancel an order once the download link has been delivered. If you have made an error in your order but have not yet clicked the download link, please contact us immediately to see if a manual cancellation is possible.
